What Data We Collect

To provide our core features, LoopedIn collects and stores:

• Contact Names: The names you enter for your personal connections.
• Interaction Notes: Any notes you choose to log after reaching out.
• Reminders: Scheduled reminders to prompt you to connect.

How We Use and Store Your Data

• Local Storage: Your data is saved on your device for immediate access.
• Cloud Storage (Firebase): We also store your data securely in Firebase to enable notifications and future feature enhancements (e.g., cross-device sync).

Data Lifecycle & Automatic Deletion

We minimise long-term data storage:

• Unactioned Reminders:
  • If you don’t take action on a reminder within 30 days, it is automatically deleted.
• Actioned Reminders (Contacted/Dismissed):
  • These are kept for 180 days, then automatically removed from our systems.
